Service Description

Drop in baby massage sessions! Come and join us in the beautiful location of MUSE, to focus on your maternal wellbeing and your baby's development. A weekly session of baby massage, baby yoga, community and relaxation. Each week will be different and build on the needs of the group, we will cover the many benefits of baby massage. There is opportunity to discuss and share peer experiences including strategies to support common baby ailments. You will discover play and massage to soothe, settle and help your baby develop. You will be supported if this is your first baby massage class or you already have knowledge and experience of baby massage and movement. At times sessions will have seasonal focuses, parachute play, bubbles, tummy time and there may be opportunities to complete a keepsake craft. Suitable for all pre-crawlers (from 6 weeks old) NB: Not inclusive of massage oil or handouts.
