Service Description

This 4 week course focuses on the 4th trimester, bonding and learning nurturing touch to soothe and settle your baby. Delivered in the gorgeous setting of MUSE Wellness in Finglesham, this is a group class with a holistic vibe. My classes are relaxed and friendly, with only a small number of parents and babies. Babies are always in charge and we follow their lead. You can expect to learn a range of routines and techniques including strokes based on Indian massage and reflexology. Additional colic, teething, tummy time and positional play support is available. You will receive additional course materials, membership to our private Facebook group and a complimentary welcome pack with massage oil. Time is built into the sessions to network and discuss baby related topics in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Suitable for babies from 6 weeks to pre-crawling.
