Service Description

Individual session to support you in your exploration of strategies and tools to soothe, settle, stimulate and develop with your baby. Inclusive of baby massage instruction, baby yoga positions, tummy time and Q&A around your baby's needs. We will also have time to discuss any postnatal concerns you have and feelings around birth or parenting and how you can be supported through easy mindfulness strategies. This service includes welcome pack, electronic materials, ongoing support and invitations to the Bo Tree Baby Wellness community.
