About Me

I'm Charlotte and the founder of Bo Tree Baby Wellness.. I am based in Dover with my husband, two gorgeous young boys and pug! I am an experienced educator having taught for over 10 years in the Primary sector, in a senior role, with a passion for early years and child development. I am a qualified baby massage, yoga and tummy time instructor, having trained with Blossom & Berry Baby Massage who are accredited by the RCM. I am a certified Beyond Birth Mental Wellbeing Practitioner and my passion is supporting anyone who identifies as a mother in the perinatal period.

Ever since having my first child I've had a desire to support parents and babies from birth on their journey together. I have personal insight into the benefits of baby massage and yoga with my own children. I hope to share my experience and knowledge with you. I understand the importance of having holistic and supportive opportunities for parents and babies to thrive, grow, bond, play and feel nurtured. Baby massage and yoga is the perfect way to connect with your new baby and other like minded parents.

Since the pandemic we have all valued connection, healthy living and the importance of nature on our families wellbeing. I am pleased to be able to offer developmental play classes in nature and mindfulness for parents, in a beautiful woodlands on the outskirts of the Alkham Valley. I am a certified Tree Babies Guide by Blossom and Berry.

In 2020 I curated and published an independent poetry book, 'Miracles and Shining Stars', which is a collective of voices from mothers and families who had a baby who needed neonatal medical support and spent time on a NICU. This was created to give mothers a voice to share their experiences and offer comfort to families going through similar journeys. The book was published in aid of Bliss UK and Sands UK, and can be purchased from Amazon.

I am certified in first aid in the work place and paediatric first aid, and continue to develop my professional standards through CPD.

"People will never forget how you made them feel." Maya Angelou

As an isolation mum who hasn't been able to go to any classes, this made me feel really comfortable and confident.

Jade, Orpington, UK

We have thoroughly enjoyed the course, especially the songs. Charlotte communicated really well with our group of mums. I found the extra videos and materials useful.

Kasia, Bromley, UK

We learnt a good routine to carry out after bath time, which helps calm and settle my daughter and helps with her bedtime routine. Charlotte was really helpful and shared lots of tips and techniques on parenting to help navigate motherhood.

Claire, Kent, UK

I thoroughly enjoyed participating in baby massage. Thank you for having me! I learnt lots and was impressed with how well it worked online (it was the first online baby activity that I had done). It was really informative, you clearly know your stuff, and you made everyone feel welcome and included. It surpassed my expectations in many and I would have no hesitations in recommending the course to others.

Charlotte, Kent, UK

The baby yoga course was carried out over zoom and Charlotte managed to create a wonderful atmosphere. I felt her communication prior to the class made me feel welcome and prepared.

Kelly, Lewisham, UK

My son has complex medical needs and a lot of my interaction with him involves medicines, physio, SLT so it’s been lovely to connect with him and just take some time to breathe together and feel closer. I will definitely try to keep this going as I think it brings us both a lot of peace.

Hannah, Greenwich, UK
